Bitget Wallet has integrated with the Arc blockchain at its mainnet launch, connecting its 100 million users to a network designed for stablecoin payments, foreign exchange and capital markets.
The integration gives users access to Arc through Bitget Wallet’s consumer app, including onchain token swaps and cross chain transfers. The wallet’s enterprise API platform, Bitget Wallet X, has also connected to the network, providing developers with access to swap aggregation, cross chain transfer and market data APIs.
Arc is a stablecoin native Layer 1 blockchain that uses USDC to pay transaction fees. The network is designed to support sub second deterministic finality and predictable, dollar denominated fees, with a focus on financial applications and payments.
Bitget Wallet expands access to Arc
Through the integration, Bitget Wallet users can add Arc directly within the app, swap tokens issued on the network and bridge assets from supported blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain and Base.
The launch day support gives Bitget Wallet’s user base access to Arc without requiring them to use a separate wallet application to interact with the network.
The integration also brings Arc into Bitget Wallet’s wider multi chain environment, where users can access assets and services across supported blockchain networks.
Arc’s mainnet launch follows a private mainnet involving more than 100 ecosystem and institutional builders. Its public testnet processed more than 500 million transactions across nearly three million wallets, according to the company.
Stablecoin activity drives wallet expansion
The integration comes as Bitget Wallet reports rising stablecoin transaction activity across its key emerging markets.
According to the company, stablecoin transaction volume in these markets increased by 70 per cent over the past year, driven by use cases such as receiving cross border income, sending remittances and making local payments.
The growth reflects the role stablecoins can play in moving value across currencies and payment systems. For wallet providers, expanding support for stablecoin focused networks is one way to respond to demand for access to digital assets and blockchain based financial services.
Arc’s design centres on stablecoin transactions, using USDC for gas and aiming to make transaction costs more predictable for applications and users.
“For users managing money across borders, infrastructure matters most when it makes everyday transactions faster, more predictable and easier to use,” said Alvin Kan, COO of Bitget Wallet.
“Supporting Arc from day one gives both users and partners immediate access to those capabilities as the network develops.”
Bitget Wallet X targets developers building on Arc
Beyond its consumer wallet, Bitget Wallet is extending the integration through Bitget Wallet X, its API platform for onchain trading infrastructure.
The platform connects Arc to multi chain liquidity through its swap aggregation, cross chain transfer and market data APIs. This allows developers and applications building on Arc to access these services without having to develop their own liquidity routing infrastructure from scratch.
The move also expands Bitget Wallet X’s role beyond supporting the company’s own wallet users, positioning it as infrastructure for third party applications operating across blockchain networks.
Bitget Wallet described the integration as making its API platform one of the first aggregators to connect Arc with multi chain liquidity.
A growing focus on stablecoin infrastructure
Bitget Wallet’s Arc integration highlights the growing emphasis on infrastructure designed specifically for stablecoin based financial activity.
Rather than focusing only on token transfers, Arc is built to support payments, foreign exchange and capital markets, while Bitget Wallet is providing access to the network through both its consumer application and developer APIs.
The two sided integration gives individual users a route to interact with Arc, while providing developers with tools to build applications that use the network’s infrastructure.
Bitget Wallet said it plans to deepen its Arc integration over time as the network develops.
