Chilli Markets Introduces Tiered Accounts for Multi-Asset Trading

Chilli

Chilli Markets has introduced a multi-asset trading platform offering access to more than 100 financial instruments across forex, cryptocurrencies, commodities, indices and individual shares, alongside a five-tier account structure with minimum deposits ranging from $250 to $250,000.

The offering segments clients into Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP accounts, with different deposit thresholds, leverage limits and account benefits. The structure gives the broker a way to serve clients across different account levels, while reserving certain services, including personal account management and negotiable trading conditions, for higher tiers.

The platform also brings multiple asset classes into a single interface, allowing clients to access different markets without switching between separate trading platforms.

Chilli Markets structures access through account tiers

The account structure is a central part of Chilli Markets’ new offering, with each tier defined by its minimum deposit and associated trading conditions.

The Basic account starts at $250, with leverage of up to 1:200, while the Silver tier requires a minimum deposit of $5,000 and offers leverage of up to 1:400. The Gold account begins at $25,000, with leverage of up to 1:500, alongside benefits such as a personal account manager and priority withdrawals.

At the upper end, Platinum and VIP accounts target higher-volume clients. The VIP tier has a stated minimum deposit of $250,000, with negotiable terms, while Platinum and VIP clients can access financial arbitrage tools and negotiable spreads, according to the company’s offering.

The tiered model links account funding levels to access to different services and trading conditions. However, the minimum deposit alone does not determine the suitability of an account, as costs, leverage and product risks also vary.

One platform for more than 100 financial instruments

Beyond its account structure, Chilli Markets is positioning the platform around multi-asset access.

Its offering includes forex currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, commodities, global stock indices and individual shares, with more than 100 instruments available through a single interface.

This allows clients to monitor and access different asset classes within one platform, rather than managing separate accounts or logins for each market.

Trading conditions are not uniform across these instruments. Trading hours, spreads and other costs can differ by asset class, while product availability may also depend on the client’s jurisdiction.

For a multi-asset platform, bringing these markets together can simplify access, but it also places importance on clear information about product specifications and trading costs.

Regulatory framework and trading risks

Chilli Markets says its services are provided through entities including Credence Capital (Pty) Ltd, which is registered with South Africa’s Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under FSP number 53882.

The company also outlines risk controls that apply across its account levels, including a 100% margin call level and a 20% stop-out level. These measures are intended to manage account exposure, although they do not eliminate the risk of losses.

Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, making it important for clients to understand the terms attached to their accounts. Chilli Markets also notes that spreads and swap charges are not uniform across all account tiers, placing additional emphasis on reviewing the costs associated with individual products and account types.

The platform offers 24-hour customer support and account management services, although the availability of specific features and products may depend on the account and jurisdiction.

Competing through account segmentation

Chilli Markets’ launch reflects a model in which multi-asset access is combined with differentiated account services.

Rather than offering identical conditions to every client, the platform uses deposit thresholds to separate account levels and attach additional services to higher tiers. These include personal account management, priority withdrawals and, for eligible higher-tier accounts, access to specialised trading tools and negotiable spreads.

The approach gives Chilli Markets a defined structure for serving clients with different account sizes and service requirements. Its ability to compete in the multi-asset trading market will also depend on the transparency of its costs, the range of available instruments and the reliability of its platform and support.

As the company expands its offering, the tiered structure places account conditions and the risks of leveraged trading at the centre of how clients evaluate the platform.
